Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, DL Coatings LLC is a commercial and industrial coatings contractor primarily serving clients throughout Arizona, with full capabilities to deliver large-scale projects nationwide.

DL Coatings was formed in Q1 2026 as an Arizona LLC. The trade behind it goes back three generations, and our team brings more than 16 years of commercial and industrial painting experience to the way we scope, plan, and run a job.

We are honest about the gap between those two facts, because commercial buyers check. We are not going to publish a founding year from the 1970s or a project count we have not earned. What we will do is tell you exactly what we hold, exactly what we have done, and exactly how we run a project, and let that stand against a competitor who leads with a number.

Our work is strictly commercial and industrial. We do not take residential work, and the company was built that way from the first day rather than converted into it later.

Daniel leads client relationships, trade standards, and daily field operations, and he is the license holder and bonding qualifier for the company. He brings more than 16 years of commercial and industrial painting experience and a third-generation painting craft, and he holds OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification, completed July 23, 2026.

On most projects he is the person who walks the building with you, writes the scope, and stays accountable for it through final walkthrough.
