Protective and specialty coatings for Arizona facilities.

Epoxy and urethane floor systems, ESD-compatible coatings, elastomeric wall systems, and structural steel and tank protection. Systems chosen for what the surface has to survive rather than how it has to look.

— WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM PAINTING —

A commercial coating is not paint, it is protection.

The right system, applied correctly, shields your structure from corrosion, weather, and wear, extends the life of the building envelope, and lowers what you spend on repairs down the road. We coat your facility to protect the asset, not just to cover it, and we build maintenance plans that keep that protection working year after year.

Epoxy and urethane floor systems

Durable floor coatings for warehouses, production floors, service bays, and circulation areas. Specified for the traffic, the chemical exposure, and the slip requirement, then installed over properly prepared concrete.

Anti-static and ESD-compatible coatings

Static-dissipative floor and wall systems for environments with sensitive electronics, where an invisible discharge is a real failure mode rather than a theoretical one.

Cleanroom-compatible finishes

Mission-critical finishes selected for cleanability and low particulate shedding, applied under the containment discipline the environment requires.

Elastomeric wall coatings

High-build systems that bridge hairline cracking and waterproof the wall surface. Built for the Arizona climate, where thermal movement and UV exposure work on an elevation year round.

Structural steel and tank coatings

Industrial protection for exposed beams, metal fascia, tanks, and equipment structures, where ordinary paint will not stop rust or the structural compromise that follows it.

High-security industrial coatings

For nuclear facilities, aerospace and defense manufacturing, solar power plants, and mining operations. Strict protocols, controlled access, and systems chosen for high-consequence environments.

— FIELD NOTE

Structural steel is where ordinary paint quietly fails.

On modern construction with exposed structural beams and metal fascia, regular paint will not protect against rust or the structural compromise that follows it. The system matters more than the finish coat.

Our process starts with sanding and grinding, working from a low grit to a finer one, followed by chemical cleaning. On full builds that means a wash-down appropriate to the substrate and the contamination present. From there the system is an industrial primer formulated for metal, two coats of primer, and a urethane finish coat for a smooth, durable result.

Application timing is part of the specification in this climate. Metal cannot be sprayed when it is hot, because mid-morning heat will burn the coating and cause premature peeling, so the work happens very early in the morning or at night.

Exposed structural beams or metal fascia mid-coating, with prepared substrate visible next to finished sections so the system reads in one frame.

- HOW A SYSTEM GETS CHOSEN

Four questions before a product is named.

A specialty coating specified from a catalog rather than from the conditions is the most common reason a protective system underperforms.

01

What is the substrate, and what is on it now?

Existing coating, contamination, corrosion, and moisture content all change what can bond and what has to come off first.

02

What does the surface have to survive?

Forklift traffic, chemical exposure, wash-down, static sensitivity, UV load, thermal movement, or all of them at once.

03

What is the operational window?

Cure times and recoat windows decide as much about system selection as performance does, because a system your building cannot give up the floor for is the wrong system.

04

What does the maintenance cycle look like?

A system that is easy to inspect and recoat protects the asset for longer than one that has to be removed and replaced.

— PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM —

Protective systems are built to be maintained, not replaced.

Solar plants, mining operations, and industrial facilities require ongoing maintenance coating cycles rather than one-time projects. The same is true of any protective system, just on a longer interval.

  • Scheduled inspection matched to the system and the exposure
  • Correction at the joint or edge before it reaches the substrate
  • Written condition reporting after every visit
  • Recoat planned as a budget line rather than an emergency

Tell us what the surface has to survive.

Send us the substrate, the exposure, and the operational window. We will specify the system against those conditions and put a line-item number in front of you, typically within 24 to 48 hours of the walkthrough.
