Interior and exterior painting at commercial scale for warehouses, distribution and manufacturing facilities, offices, retail, and multifamily portfolios, sequenced so the building keeps operating while we are in it.
Commercial painting is judged on three things that have nothing to do with color. Did the crew hold the schedule, did the building keep running, and does the finish still look right in three years.
The third one is decided before the first coat goes on. Arizona is a difficult climate for coatings, with heat that will burn a finish onto hot metal and UV exposure that ages an elevation years faster than the shaded side of the same building. We specify systems and schedule application around those conditions rather than working through them.

Completed commercial interior, Phoenix metro. Interior coating with specified accent finishes across a large open floor plate.
Most of the buildings we coat are in use. That is a scheduling problem before it is a painting problem, and it is where a commercial crew earns the difference.
Work scheduled outside operating hours where the space cannot be released during the day, so staff, tenants, and customers are unaffected.
The building is released to us in sections and handed back usable at the end of each phase, so no part of the facility is out of service longer than the plan says.
Product selection matched to occupied spaces, particularly in offices, medical suites, and anywhere people are working through the job.
Metal cannot be sprayed when it is hot. Mid-morning heat will burn the coating onto the substrate and cause premature peeling, which is why exterior metal work happens very early in the morning or at night. It is the kind of detail that does not show up on a bid comparison and shows up clearly two summers later.
Coatings fail at the interface, not in the film. Preparation is the single biggest factor in how long the finish protects the building, and it is the easiest place for a low bid to hide.
Surface preparation and minor patching are carried out within the painting scope. We do not offer standalone drywall as a separate service.
A commercial repaint is a capital event. Putting the building on a scheduled inspection and correction cycle afterwards extends the interval between those events and keeps the spend predictable.
Tell us the square footage, the surfaces, and what has to keep running while we work. You will have a line-item proposal typically within 24 to 48 hours of the walkthrough.
